An amazing book. As an amateur dreamer, I was so surprise with the wide knowledge and dreaming experience of the author. With the supplements the author recommended, I will not try because of lack of knowledge in medicine field. But other knowledge is so valuable and open mind for me.

Although the author recommended some supplements to enhance the dreaming experience, I won't be able to try them due to my lack of knowledge in the field of medicine. However, the other knowledge presented in the book is incredibly valuable to me and has broadened my understanding.
