I read this book in 5 months. A very long time for a book and It is worth reviewing.

Compared to other publications about 2007 Financial Crisis. This book tells the stories from the most powerful involved. They are top CEOs and government leaders who are in charge of all situation from top down. 

We will not see much technical theories or numbers. Powerful people have the different perspective, overview from outside the box. I'm pretty sure they will have a team explaining to them the details. But in chaotic events like this. They collaborated and made quick decisions as we saw.

Did they do the good for economy by sacrificing capitalism and break the free market rules. Unfair bailout a big finance coporation while leting other die? We could not know because those were one-time events and the multiverse couldnot be observed  until now.

Artemis - Cuộc chiến trên mặt trăng

In another universe, Artemis city on the moon.

It's the story of Jasmine "Jazz" Bashara. From a smugger to become a anti-hero or hero and super smugger of the Moon.

It's an interesting story, not as high tech as I expected but it seems to have enough scientific elements. 

The novel explains a simple thought experiment of Andy Weir about the ways small economic system could function in a distant colony. It explores how the goverment, the big coporations and underground oganizations originate from the basic needs of human.

Sex, explained on Netflix

It's a natural science limited series on netflix. From Sexual fantasies, attractions, birth control to fertility and childbirth.

It delivered to me a lot of informations and knowledges. I feel more respect to the mothers who gave birth and those will do in the future. Sexuality is just the beginning of the stories, but public known because of its entertainments. Others are less interesting and not widely known.

 "Thick face, black heart" is a mindset. It protects us from the distractions outside and inside, help us focus on our target and mission.

  Thick face is building a face, a brand, a shell, an outside appearance that could help us achieving our target and mission. When black heart is the strongly believe on what we are doing and its necessary. 

   The author introduce this mindset as a tool, and tt could be bad or good depends on its purpose. Man should have purpose, play their role on their position. 

   From many stories in the books, the authors give evidence that she has practiced "thick face, black heart" so well. Although other contents are complicated and sometimes conflict with each other. Ms Chu suggest that world was not perfect and contradiction is its nature. I must say that I dont agree with her all but the concept of TFBH is really interesting and realistic.

A nice book to read, but dont believe it all.

thân thể dữ tâm linh

 Đau như cắt ruột, ruột gan rối bời... những từ ngữ chỉ sự đau khổ về tinh thần chính là thể chất. Bởi thân thể và tinh thần là chẳng thể chia cắt được.

Ngày vợ tôi phải đi học xa, cảm giác một phần thân thuộc của mình sắp phải rời xa thân thể. Tôi nghĩ mình sẽ bình tâm đón nhận sự chia ly, nhưng khi em ôm mèo lại không cầm được nước mắt.

Lúc ở sân bay, tim gan tôi chộn rộn, lòng chẳng nghĩ được gì nhiều. Cố gắng bình tĩnh để tạm biệt em nhưng mà nỗi buồn trên mặt chẳng thể che giấu được.

Ngôi nhà của chúng tôi nay nhìn trống trải hẳn, trong không khí dường như thiếu thiếu một cái gì đó làm tôi nghẹn ngào khó thở.

Thôi tôi ơi ngủ đi, mai học giỏi,

Ngày gặp lại chắc sẽ không xa nữa 

tài chính cá nhân hay chủ nghĩa tiêu dùng

Cách sống nào là đúng đắn về mặt tài chính: chi tiêu tiết kiệm, đầu tư cho tương lai hay yolo, hưởng thụ trải nghiệm cuộc đời kiểu làm hết sức, chơi hết mình?

Về mặt tài chính, tiền là vật ngang giá chung để trao đổi hàng hoá - sản phẩm của sức lao động. Vì vậy bản thân việc tiết kiệm tiền tức là tiết kiệm sức lao động chung. Về mặt cá nhân thì tài chính cá nhân có vẻ sẽ ổn hơn về dài hạn. Nhưng với quốc gia hay toàn cầu thì chưa chắc.

Với  toàn nhân loại, việc tích luỹ tiền là không có ý nghĩa, chúng ta chỉ có thể phát triển khi lao động được tối ưu, sức sản xuất phát triển hơn, giúp tạo ra nhiều hàng hoá tiện dụng cho cuộc sống và khai thác mở rộng thế giới.

Chủ nghĩa tiêu dùng không phải là cách tối ưu nhất, nhưng hiện tại nó tốt hơn quy hoạch nhà nước và giả định tài chính cá nhân. Có lẽ nó sẽ tiếp tục giữ vị trí chủ đạo trong thời gian tới.

Phản biện: kinh tế định hướng kiểu TQ đã hoạt động tốt và giúp TQ vượt Mỹ, tiết kiệm tốt khi bạn tiết kiệm và hàng xóm hoang phí, nhưng khi tất cả tiết kiệm thì chưa chắc.
